Rationalism vs Faith

I am interested in this topic because it shows how in Rationalism everything is real and true but is also boring and tiresome. Faith shows how things are unreal and fake but is exciting and magical. A good example of Rationalism vs Faith is in films, how films like documentaries show real and factual knowledge but are known for being dull and uninteresting but when you watch a film such as, Iron man or The Dark Knight it's fascinating and intriguing but you know that it's fake but some choose not to believe that it's fake to keep the film real and exciting. The same sense works for Rationalism too that when people watch some documentaries such as "An Inconvenient Truth" you don't want to believe that the facts are real because some truths are frightening and you want to believe that it's not real but you know it is.
