The article that I just read involves with students being motivated through technology. Researchers show that motivated learners are highly undertaken to challenging activities to approach towards their goals. Online distance learning can be both negative and positive towards a students motivations. This is a case in where some students are capable of succeeding in online distance learning in which cases they put their mind and heart towards it to achieve their goals and achievements. Some aren't much capable of it due to how it easier from them to do it in reality instead of just in front of a computer screen.

According to this article , it's not only teachers who can motivate students, parents are the most important part of getting their child motivated in school. In subjects such as Math and English are students most difficult subject in school; with their parents involvement in their academic school performance, shows the child that with great family support can lead a child into succeeding its courses throughout and being reward by accomplishing their work of academic achievements.

The last article explains how parents get involved in their child's education life. Parents who expect their child to do well in school and to have a high perception of their child competence are highly likely to achieve in their academic achievements and to get good grades in school. Parental influences on students achievement and motivation  can have different effects towards their cultural and ethnic groups. As an example, immigrant parents will struggle with English or other speaking language and won't have the potential into helping their child's academic achievements. Having a role model in your family can benefit a child's learning ability in a higher expectations to precieved in schools academic activities.
